설치, 퍼포먼스 작가로 활동하고 있는 구혜영은 영국 런던 골드스미스 대학졸업 후 다수의 그룹전에 참여, 귀국 후 2013년 복합문화공간 에무에서 <김밥의 천국> 개인전을 열었다. 2014년 스토리온의 예술 서바이벌 프로그램 <아트스타 코리아>에 출연해 서울시립미술관에서 열린 파이널3전시인 <은밀하게 위대하게>에 참여했다. 2018년 플레이스막에서 퍼포먼스로 만들어 낸 ‘통쫘’라는 새로운 이름으로 <통쫘전>을 시작한 이후, 연작 개인전 <사진적인 통쫘>(2019), <통쫘의고백>(2020)을 전시했다.

Hyeyoung Ku, who works as an installation and performance artist, participated in a number of group exhibitions after graduating from Goldsmiths, University of London, England. After returning to Korea, she held a solo exhibition <Kimbap Paradise> in Emu Artspace in 2013. In 2014, she appeared on Story On, art survival program <Art Star Korea> and participated in <Secretly Greatly>, the Final 3 exhibition held at the Seoul Museum of Art. At the PlaceMak in 2018, She started with ‘Tongjjwa’ exhibition under the new name created by the performance, and afterwards she exhibited a series of solo exhibitions, <Private Tongjjwa>(2019) and <Tongjjwa’s Confession>(2020).
