길바닥에서 사진을 배웠다. 배우긴 했는데, 허투루 배운 탓에 아는 게 없다. 공부를 해야겠다 마음먹지만 무엇을 공부해야 할지 몰라 헤맨다. 학동시절부터 북한괴뢰집단에 대한 얘기를 지긋지긋하게 들어온 터라 그들이 대체 누구인지 호기심을 품어왔다. 나이를 먹고 보니, 틈만 나면 북한괴뢰집단을 잡아먹으려드는 우리는 대체 누구인지 호기심을 하나 더 품게 됐다. 분단체제가 파생시킨 작동과 오작동의 풍경을 수집하고 있다. 사진기로도 줍고 손으로도 주워왔는데, 내가 주워 온 것이 무엇인지 몰라 한참을 생각한다. <분단의 향기> <얄읏한 공> <붉은 틀> <좋은 살인> <비상국가> <망각기계> 등의 국내외 개인전을 열었고, 같은 이름의 사진집을 펴냈다.

I studied photography on the street. But I have questions about what I have learned. I used to decide to study more, but it's still on the street rather than a book.

Since my school days, I have been sick of hearing about the North Korean Evil, so I have been curious to know who they are. As time goes by and I grow older, I became more curious about knowing our true self constantly trying to destroy the North Korean Evil. If so, is South Korean angel of justice?

I have been collecting the scenery of function and malfunction derived from the division of Korean peninsula.

I have been captured it with camera and picked it up with my hands, and yet, I ended up thinking for a long time wondering the meaning of what I have been gathered.

I held domestic and international solo exhibitions such as <Smells like the division of the Korean peninsula>, <the strAnge ball>, <Red House>, <reallyGood, murder>, <State of Emergency>, <Forgetting Machines>, and these are published photobooks under the same title.
